Part-time employees have access to several programs that can assist them during the year, including a Family Assistance Program, Quit for Life, and Health Screening Units. Read below for more information on each program and how to participate.
Family Assistance Program
The Family Assistance Program is a no-cost, confidential counseling program designed to help with personal or work-related concerns. Lowe’s employees and their eligible family members each receive up to five no-cost sessions per situation, per year, at a confidential location near home or work. Call 1-877-543-3875 to learn more.
Quit for Life
The Quit For Life® smoking cessation program is available to all full and part time employees, spouses, domestic partners and dependents who are 18 and older. It includes phone support and coaching, reference materials and other guidance to help you and your family quit smoking. Click here for more information.
The Health Screening Units (HSUs) and onsite health centers (at RDCs and CSCs) offer health screenings at no cost to all Lowe’s employees. The results are completely confidential. Watch this video to learn more about the HSUs and health screenings offered by Lowe’s.
