Lowe’s accident insurance can help you and your family cover unexpected out-of-pocket expenses associated with an accidental off-the-job injury. You may receive a benefit for hospitalization, fractures, burns, diagnostic exams, wellness exams, and more. The plan will pay a specified amount for each covered benefit.

|Hospital Stay (minimum 18 hour stay)||$200 per day|
|Joint Dislocation||$100 to $2,000 depending on condition|
|Burns||$100 to $10,000 depending on severity|
|Fractures (maximum of 2 fractures per person per accident)||$200 to $2,000 depending on location of fracture|
|Surgical Procedures||$250 to $1,000 depending on the procedure|
|Physical Therapy||$25 per day, maximum of 10 treatments per person per accident|
|Ambulance Benefit||$150 for ground transportation; $1,000 for air transportation|
- An injury that occurred on the job
- The injury was incurred prior to the covered person’s coverage effective date
- The injury occurred as a result of war
- The injury occurred due to suicide or an attempt at suicide
